Head of the kitchen at Sala Thai, brings over a decade of expertise in Thai cuisine. Starting as a Demi Chef de Partie in 2017, his passion for traditional Thai flavors and sustainable practices quickly advanced him to Junior Sous Chef.
Originating from Isaan, Thailand, Chef Pop’s culinary style reflects the region’s emphasis on seasonal ingredients and unique flavors. Chef Pop’s signature dishes, such as Panang beef curry, Samui lobster curry, and Yam Som O Goong, highlight local produce and traditional techniques, ensuring an exceptional dining experience at Sala Thai.
